Boladas ni former vice president Jejomar Binay, dapat daw unahin ang ayuda kaysa imprastruktura. Gusto din ni Binay na mailipat ang pondo ng anti-communist task force papunta sa ayuda.

Ang infrastructure projects na nakapaloob sa Build Build Build program ng Duterte Government ay naglalayon na mabigyan ng kumportableng buhay ang mga tao. Inaasahan din itong makakatulong sa pag-unlad ng ekonomiya ng bansa sa pamamgitan ng mabilis na transportasyon ng mga produkto.
